Terms of Service
1. The service
OpenCode is an Android application that runs an autonomous coding agent inside a bundled Linux userland. Access to the application and its update channel is provided under these terms.
2. Your account
You are responsible for activity under your account. Use a strong password and keep it private. One human per account. We may suspend accounts that share credentials, scrape the API, or abuse the verification flow.
3. Licenses and devices
Paid and free keys activate the application on a limited number of devices. Keys are secrets: anyone holding a valid key can redeem it. Keys shown in your dashboard are visible to you only — do not publish or resell them. We may revoke keys that are resold or leaked publicly.
4. Free access via ads
Free access lasts five hours per sponsor completion. Sponsor pages are served by third-party networks; completing them is optional and is the only free route. We do not control their content and are not responsible for it.
5. Payments and refunds
Payments are processed by Razorpay. Prices are shown at purchase and may change. Digital keys are delivered instantly and are non-refundable once issued, except where required by law or where a key could not be issued due to our error.
6. Acceptable use
No reverse engineering of the build for distribution, no circumvention of access controls, no unlawful content generation, no load testing or scraping of this service without written permission.
7. No warranty; liability
The software is provided “as is”, without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the previous three months.
